Under the leadership of the PUMA assembly workshop director Xia Bingquan and the quality management section chief Chen Weixin, the team members worked together and the division of labor was clear: through the observation of the process performance, a large amount of data was collected, based on actual data. PDCA manages circular thinking, citing 6sigma to comprehensively analyze factors such as people, machines, materials, methods, loops, and measurements, and rationally use tools such as scatter plots, histograms, and Gantt charts to jointly develop improvement measures, track verification, and fundamentally solve problem.

At the same time, the improvement experience was summarized, and other bolt alarm stations in the whole region were continuously improved. The impact of the relevant work stations on the whole line was increased from 86.69% to 99%, and after optimization, it was successfully upgraded to 100%. The fruit formation has an annual saving of 511,600 yuan, and the QC knowledge, lean concept, team spirit and technical ability have not been greatly improved.
