Zeniya offers high-quality no-frost copper tube aluminum fin coil condensers designed for HVAC systems. These coils are engineered to provide efficient heat exchange and long-lasting performance. Here are the key advantages:

2. Fin edges can be straight or rippled based on application needs.
3. All coils undergo 100% leakage testing and are cleaned using air circulation in a heating oven before being charged with nitrogen.
4. Copper tubes are mechanically expanded into the fins, ensuring excellent heat transfer efficiency in both condensers and evaporators.
5. We source only premium raw materials from around the world to ensure globally accepted standards in our heat exchangers.
6. Available copper pipe diameters include 7mm, 7.94mm, 9.52mm, 12.7mm, 15.88mm, and 16mm.
7. Aluminum foil is available in blue color with hydrophilic and health-friendly properties.

10. Gas pressure test conducted at 3.0MPa to ensure tightness.

13. Manufacturing process includes tube bending, fin punching, expansion, drying, welding, leak testing, inspection, and packaging.
