According to the supply and demand characteristics of the polypropylene film products market, this factory set the main direction of the first special material new product development this year to a highly-flowing, high-value-added polypropylene RC090 cast film (CPP) currently on the market. On special materials, the scientific research department and equipment technicians of the factory were organized to carry out technical research. The production of this special material was smooth and smoothly, and the assessment indicators were successfully achieved. CPP can be applied to the production of wraps, labels, special packaging, etc., with high heat sealing strength and low production cost. The newly developed CPP has excellent mechanical strength and better dimensional stability. Since CPP improves tear resistance, eliminates the disadvantages of easy tearing and flaking, and has higher impact strength, CPP can replace BOPP (Biaxially Stretched Polypropylene Film), such as DVD, in certain market areas. Audio and video box packaging, bread and cake packaging, fruits and vegetables anti-fog film, flowers packaging and labels of synthetic paper.
