The first set of domestic 900-ton box girder transport equipment passed the appraisal

On April 3, the China Railway Second Bureau and the China Railway Engineering Machinery Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. jointly developed by China Railway Engineering Group Co., Ltd. jointly developed the first scientific and technological achievements of the 900-ton box-girder transport equipment in China through the Ministry of Railways. The overall design is reasonable, the matching selection is correct, the manufacturing is excellent, and the performance is stable. The economic and social benefits are significant and have potential for promotion and application. The result is the first in China, and it has reached the international leading level in general, which has greatly improved the design, manufacture and construction level of large-scale box girder equipment in China.

The first 900-ton box-girder transport equipment includes JQ900A box girder bridge machine and YL900 tire box girder transport truck. It is based on the medium and long-term construction plan of the Ministry of Railways high-speed railway, to meet the speed of 300-350 km box girder. The equipment developed and erected is the “Research and Design of 900-ton Railway Box Girder Equipment” project initiated by the Ministry of Railways Science and Technology Department in May 2002. With the experience of manufacturing and using 600 tons of transport equipment, China Railway Second Bureau has cooperated with China Railway Engineering Machinery Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. for more than 4 years of research and development, construction load and beam and bridge for various transport beams. The JQ900A bridge erecting machine and the YL900 tire type beam truck can respectively erect and transport 32-meter, 900-ton and below cross-span and variable-span double-line box girder. It was successfully erected on the Chengdu-Ningbo passenger line on March 19, 2006. The first hole in the country is a 900-ton 32-meter double-line box girder. As of April 3, 2007, a total of 440 holes of box girder (the longest distance of 14 km) was built, and the performance of erecting 3 holes and 24 m double-line box girder for 15 hours was created, and the JQ900A bridge-building machine and YL900 type were verified.
