The adjustable angle of the head ensures precise stitching on all sides.
During operation, the conveyor belt moves the mattress forward, and once one side is completed, the machine automatically rotates 90° to start taping the next side. This feature also allows for seamless corner taping. After completing the top four sides, the machine flips the mattress over to finish the bottom side. This fully automated process requires only one operator, eliminating the need for manual movement or flipping, which significantly improves efficiency and reduces labor costs.
