Yunnan Hi-Tech Catalytic Wet Oxidation Unit Goes Out of China

Yunnan Hi-Tech Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. signed a contract with a Malaysian chemical company at the beginning of the year to export catalytic wet-oxidation (CWO) plants to Malaysia. The Yunnan Hi-Tech has completed the production of various sub-equipments and will soon enter the assembly stage.

According to the contract, Yunnan Gaoke Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. undertakes technical services such as design, production, on-site installation and commissioning of the project. The COD concentration of wastewater treated by this device is less than 50 mg/L, which can meet the Malaysian national wastewater discharge standard.

The process of catalytic wet air oxidation of wastewater is to use organic oxygen, ammonia nitrogen, and cyanide in wastewater in a reactor filled with a special fixed catalyst at a certain temperature (150-300°C) and pressure (2-10 MPa). (CODcr>30000mg/l, NH3-N>3000mg/l, T-CN>10000mg/l) High-concentration bio-refractory refractory organic wastewater treatment technology that can be decomposed into non-hazardous components such as CO2, water, and N2, can be processed at one time Water discharge standards. Compared with the traditional technology, this method has the characteristics of small engineering footprint, high degree of automation, easy operation and management, does not produce sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, dioxins and sludge, and can recycle the oxidation process. The heat energy generated is a new generation of high-tech environmental protection technologies.
