DescriptionThe main body of the hydraulic sieve is a stainless steel plane filter screen made from precision wedge-shaped steel rods. Wastewater is evenly distributed across the inclined screen surface via an overflow weir. The screen has small and smooth front gaps, while the back gaps are larger, ensuring efficient drainage and minimal clogging. Solid materials are intercepted on the screen, while filtered water flows through the gaps. Under hydraulic force, solid particles are pushed to the bottom of the screen for discharge, effectively achieving solid-liquid separation.
This equipment significantly reduces the concentration of suspended solids in water, lowering the load on subsequent treatment processes. It is widely used in industrial applications for solid-liquid separation and recovery of valuable substances. Ideal for filtering or recovering solid or colloidal materials such as suspended solids, floating solids, and precipitates.

1. Designed for high-concentration wastewater, such as bubble manure (high bed), chicken farms, duck farms, etc. It maintains a solid moisture content of around 65% during operation, outperforming conventional screw extrusion methods.
2. Breakthrough technology from Europe, America, and Japan, with self-made oblique screens featuring a gap of 0.3–0.5mm. Offers thorough filtration, easy post-processing, and a long service life.
3. Gear-type reverse cleaning mechanism, eliminating the need for cables or electrical components, making it easily replaceable.
