Our die casting process includes cold chamber machines with horizontal pressure chambers, and we offer custom molds based on client drawings or samples.
We provide a wide range of mold materials, including H13, Dievar, Dac 55, Germany 12344V, and others, along with mold base materials like QT600, 45#, and 50#. Our molds are designed with thermal refining and vacuum hardening treatments to ensure durability and performance. We also offer surface treatments such as electroplating and powder coating.
Our production capacity is up to 25,000 pieces per month, and we can handle molds weighing up to 2000 tons. The lead time for first samples is approximately 4–7 weeks, and the overall lead time is about 60 days. We use standard parts from brands like HASCO, DME, and MISUMI, and our packaging includes cartons, wooden pallets, and rust-proof protection, suitable for both sea and air shipments.
We have a dedicated engineering team that ensures the design is accurate before production begins. Throughout the manufacturing process, our engineers monitor progress weekly to ensure everything stays on schedule. After trial production, we conduct detailed inspections of the samples to verify dimensions and finish, and we provide comprehensive reports to our clients. Finally, we perform a final inspection before shipping the molds.
