Description
The main body of the hydraulic sieve is a stainless steel plane filter screen made from precision wedge-shaped steel rods. Wastewater is evenly distributed across the inclined screen surface via an overflow weir. The small and smooth screen gaps allow for efficient drainage without clogging, while the larger back gaps ensure smooth flow. Solid particles are intercepted on the screen, and filtered water exits through the screen plate gaps. Under the influence of hydraulic force, solid materials are pushed to the bottom of the sieve for discharge, effectively achieving solid-liquid separation.
This equipment significantly reduces the concentration of suspended solids in water, lowering the load on subsequent treatment processes. It is widely used in industrial applications for solid-liquid separation and recovery of valuable substances. Ideal for filtering or recovering solids, colloids, floating matter, and precipitates.

Note: Without a mixer, solid particles may settle at the bottom of the tank, causing excessive concentration and potentially blocking the filter. Ensure the mixer is installed to maintain proper operation of the separator.
