This all-in-one design features a smart structure and shape. The scan head and sample stage are integrated, offering strong anti-vibration performance. Precision laser detection and probe alignment devices simplify the process of laser adjustment. An adaptive servomotor drives the sample approaching tip manually or automatically, enabling precise scanning area positioning. A high-accuracy and large-range sample transfer device allows for scanning any interesting area of the sample. Different types of scanners meet various customer requirements in terms of accuracy and scan size. An optical observation system is used for tip check and sample positioning, while a CCD observing system enables real-time sample area observation and position. Servomotors achieve CCD auto-focusing. The electronic system is modular and easy to maintain and develop. It is integrated with multiple working modes control electronics for further development.
