This all-in-one atomic force microscope is designed with a smart structure and compact shape. The scanning head and sample stage are integrated for enhanced anti-vibration performance. It features precision laser detection and a probe alignment system that simplifies the process of adjusting the laser. A servomotor drives the sample approaching tip, allowing manual or automatic control for precise positioning of the scanning area. The high-accuracy and large-range sample transfer device enables scanning of any interesting area on the sample. Multiple scanner types meet different customer needs in terms of accuracy and scan size. An optical observation system is included for tip checking and sample positioning, while a CCD observing system allows real-time monitoring of the sample area. Electronic systems are modular, making maintenance and development easier. It is integrated with multiple working modes to support future developments.
