Thrust Spherical Roller Bearings are similar to Spherical Roller Bearings in that the raceway surface is a spherical surface centered on the bearing axis. These bearings have spherical rollers, which provide self-aligning capabilities and are not sensitive to shaft coaxiality or deflection.
Key Features
These bearings have a high axial load capacity and can also handle radial loads under axial loading conditions, although the radial load should not exceed 55% of the axial load. As long as the load P and P0 does not exceed 0.05C0 and the shaft rotates, the bearings allow for the centering angles listed below.

For larger bearings, the allowed angle decreases as the load increases.
