High Accuracy Mechanical Flow Meter for Corrosive Medium

The standard variable area flowmeter is composed of a measuring tube and a on-site indicator. On-site indicator can be optional to install an additional electric component, which is suitable to measure liquid and gas.
This variable area flowmeter adopts the variable-area measuring principle and the measuring component is composed of a conical measuring tube and a floater. The floater can move up and down freely in the conical measuring tube, to change the flow area in the tube. The vertical position of the floater in the conical measuring tube will change with the change of flow, the floater position will be transmitted to the indicator dial via magnetic transmission system, and it can indicate the flow value on site, and also output signal to realize remote display and control.

This variable area flowmeter can be widely used in the flow measuring process of complicated and severe environmental conditions such as petroleum, chemical engineering, power generation, pharmaceuticals, food and water treatment industries, as well as various medium conditions.
