Introduction
   This circular rotary vibrating screen is a high precision sieve filter machine that uses a vertical vibrating motor as its vibration source. It is widely used in industries requiring screening and filtering of powders, particles, and liquids, such as milk powder, flour, soybean powder, medicine powder, cosmetics, quicklime, juice, salt, sugar, and sewage.
Principle
   This circular vibrating screen uses a horizontal vibration motor or special vibration exciter as its vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and vibration exciter have an eccentric block on both their upper and lower sides. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change its movement locus, achieving optimal screening performance.

2. The movement locus and vibration amplitude are adjustable, allowing for rough screening or fine filtration depending on the material application.
3. The screening machine ranges from 500 to 2000 mm in diameter, with a compact design. Wheels can be added for easy mobility.
4. The screen frame is specially designed for quick screen changes (within 5-10 minutes). The stainless steel wire woven net is easy to clean and durable.
5. A fully enclosed structure minimizes airborne particulate pollution.
6. The discharge outlet can rotate 360 degrees, facilitating installation of matching equipment.
7. Low energy consumption and noise levels ranging from 73-80 dB.
8. In case of short circuit, phase loss, or unstable voltage, the motor automatically cuts off power to prevent damage.
9. The motor has an IP65 protection rating, making it dustproof, waterproof, heatproof, and oilproof.
