Mold Design:
1.BHM is devoted to plastic parts development and mould design. Design for manufacturability and efficient production is our primary objective.
2.Products design can be according to customers' samples or drawings. With advanced CAD/CAM/CAE systems, such as Pro-Engineer, Solid works, UG, Cimatron, MoldFlow, AutoCAD and PowerMill etc. The drawings can be finished in 2-4 days and are sent to customers for checking before tooling.
3.We communicate and fully cooperate with customers on drawings analysis and modifications. All the necessary technical drawings will be sent to customers for mold maintenance in the future.
 
Drawings Formats can be:
    DWG, PRT, X_T, IGS (IGES), STP (STEP), SLDPRT, DXF

Mould Tooling
     Our tool factory are able to build moulds ranging from small to large size; from single cavity and prototype molds to multi cavity and family molds. Below is our tooling capability:
1.Maximum mold size until now: 2500mm X 2000mm X1500mm;
2.Maximum mold weight: 20 ton; 
3.Mould machining precision: 0.01mm; 
4.We can manufacture components that have tolerances of +/-.0005 or better. 
5.Product positioning: high precision molds and custom injection molding for healthcare and high-grade appearance parts.
6.Our monthly production capacity of molds: 120 sets. 
7.Lead Time: Normally mould can be finished in 3-6 weeks after the order confirm, depending its complexity. 
8.For Precision Machining and tooling we are equipped with a series of advanced machines, including CNC machines, EDMs and Wire Cut Machines, Miroor EDM, Double Ended EDM, as well as grinding, milling and drilling machines.

Mold Lifter

Injection mold angle lifter is the mechanism in the injection mold to release the plastic molded parts undercut and ejector the part out off mold. When Injection mold opening, the lifter along the horizontal direction movement to make plastic parts out of the undercut. From the active position, there is cavity lifter, core lifter. Mold lifter including lifter insert, lifter base, lifter bar.
