China Dyeing Association advises companies to do three things
China Dyeing Industry Association recently said in an interview with reporters that China is currently the largest producer of auxiliaries for printing and dyeing, but the long-term dependence on imitation of foreign product development model led to the industry is not strong. Therefore, during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, auxiliaries for printing and dyeing should increase investment in scientific research, accelerate the integration of enterprises, and ensure the environmental protection of products.
It is understood that China is already the largest producer of printing and dyeing auxiliaries and its annual output has exceeded 1 million tons. More than 2,000 printing and dyeing auxiliaries companies, mainly in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. But so far, China's printing and dyeing auxiliaries mainly rely on the analysis and imitation of foreign products to survive, including some high-end printing and dyeing auxiliaries that our country can produce. Its manufacturing methods and product molecular structure are similar to those of foreign products. There are few products and technologies with independent intellectual property rights. The reason why this situation occurs is that there are many problems in the printing and dyeing auxiliaries industry in our country. For example, the vast majority of companies have small scales and the output value is a lot of about 10 million yuan; most enterprises can only produce low-grade products; the industry structure is unreasonable and manufacturing There is a big gap between the development of technology and new varieties and the international level.
In order to change this situation, Tian Liming, secretary general of China Dye Industry Association, proposed the following three suggestions for the development of printing and dyeing auxiliaries during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†period. The first is to increase investment in scientific research. There is still a big gap between China's auxiliaries for printing and dyeing and the international advanced level. It is necessary to increase scientific research investment, adjust product structure, and accelerate product upgrading. The second is to accelerate the integration of enterprises and increase industry concentration. To change the current status of small companies and too many manufacturers, through the combination of strong and strong alliances, industrial chain alliances, mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring, etc., to achieve large-scale operations, thereby improving the competitiveness of domestic additives. The third is to ensure the product's environmental protection. In addition to the general properties required for printing and dyeing auxiliaries and dyes, the product must also meet certain specific environmental protection criteria, such as good safety and biodegradability, free of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, formaldehyde, PFOS Alkane sulfonyl compounds, heavy metal ions and other harmful substances.
