First, the channel gate mechanical system
The channel gate mechanical system is divided into two parts: the chassis and the movement. The chassis serves as a carrier, and is equipped with a direction indicator, a reading and writing device, an infrared sensor, etc.; the movement consists mainly of a motor, a frame, a drive shaft, a gate, and the like.
Second, the power gate electronic control system
u The electronic control system consists of a card reader, main control board, infrared sensor, direction indicator, alarm, limit switch, transformer, etc.
u Card reader (can be self-provided): After reading the information on the card and judging the processing, send the application pass signal (switch signal) to the main control board;
u Main control board: The control center of the system, which receives the signals of the card reader and the infrared sensor, and performs logical judgment and processing on these signals, and then issues execution commands to the direction indicator, motor, counter, and alarm.
u Infrared sensor: detect pedestrian position and play a safety role;
u Direction indicator: displays the current status of the channel, and guides pedestrians to pass through the channel safely and orderly;
u Alarm: When the system detects a pedestrian who has illegally entered the channel, it will give an alarm prompt;
u Limit switch: Controls the position of the gate transfer.
Third, the system works
u Turn on the power, and the system will enter the working state after 3 seconds.
u When the card reader reads the valid card, the buzzer will make a pleasant sound, prompting the pedestrian to read the card successfully; at the same time, it also judges and processes the information read from the card, and sends an application signal to the main control board;
u The main control board receives the signals from the card reader and the infrared sensor, and after comprehensive processing, sends an effective control signal to the direction indicator and the motor, so that the direction indicator turns into a green arrow pass sign. At this time, if the system is normally closed In the mode, the motor runs, the limit switch controls the motor rotation angle, and the gate is opened (the motor does not operate when in the normally open mode), allowing pedestrians to pass;
u After the pedestrian indicates the passage through the channel according to the direction indicator mark, the infrared sensor senses the whole process of the pedestrian passing through the channel, and continuously sends a signal to the main control board until the pedestrian has completely passed the passage;
If the pedestrian forgets to read the card or reads the invalid card into the channel, the system will prohibit pedestrians (for the normally open mode, the gate will be closed; the normally closed mode, the gate will not operate), and an alarm will be issued until the pedestrian exits the channel. Alarm; re-read valid card to allow access.
