Technical Description of Twin Screw Pump for Oil-Gas Mixed Transportation
The twin screw pump of oil-gas mixed transportation has the dual properties of pump and compressor,  also it has realized gas-oil mixed transportation by using the incompressibility of the liquid and the compressibility of gas.
Our oil-gas transportation pump has made special design for screw profile by considering common mixture pump's  volumetric efficiency, equipment safety service life,  the accessories  replacement, also the bad working condition, our design will enhance the volumetric efficiency by  making the screw's working condition achieve the best condition. Our screw is unitary, its material is high-grade  nitrated steel which has high surface hardness, wear resistance and fatigue strength, then extended  the service life 
We designed replaceable chamber in order to extending the pump's working life. Also replaceable chamber will save costs and time.
We use self-lubricating mechanical seal which has equipped with self lubricating device, and it will extend mechanical seal's working life. When the  pump is doing  long idle running, the lubricate inside the mechanical seal will cooling automatically.
Once the inlet  pressure is higher than the outlet pressure, the pressure relief device designed in the system can automatically carry out pressure directly and discharge to the outlet pipe, so as to ensure the normal work of the pump.
Our pump has equipped with large capacity filter and the filtering area is 8-12 times large than inlet area,  using  high-density filter screen,  which will not affect the system flow and vacuum,  also, it is easy to clean and reduce the possibility of  filtering screen's blocked.
It can be equipped with variable frequency motor according to clients' requirements. Control pump's speed by control automatically motor's frequency through electric control system.

Illustrate:
Screw's material is high-grade nitrate steel 38CrMoAl, after tempering and nitriding, its hardness,  wear resistance and fatigue strength will become high. And its hardness will up to 69-72HRC after nitriding. (Check Design Book Chapter I Page2-Page48)
The material of pump body is  low alloy high strength alloy structural steel 16Mn, which has good comprehensive mechanical properties, plasticity and impact toughness. (Check Design Book Chapter I Page2-Page41)
The material of pump body cavity thread is  ZG35CrMnSi or ZG40Mn2, which has good wear resistance and  impact  thoughness. (Check Design Book Chapter I Page2-Page27)
Inside the mechanical seal there has equipped with self lubricating device, and it will extend mechanical seal's working life. When the  pump is doing  long idle running, the lubricate inside the mechanical seal will cooling automatically.

Water To Air Heat Pump
Cooling capacity 2.5kW-45kW

Advantage: Packaged type water to air heat pump to save space; High efficiency; Installation very easily and low noise. Split type water to air chiller (optional).

Characteristics
1.Structure. Panels and frame are made from galvanized steel protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents.
2.Hermetic compressor. Rotary type compressor for model 2.5 to 12, and scroll type compressors for model 14 to 45, with built-in thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater, mounted on rubber vibration dampers.
3.Centrifugal fan. Low noise; Protection level IP44
4.Water side heat exchanger. High efficiency tube in tube heat exchanger, factory insulated with flexible close cell material.
5.Refrigerant circuit. Copper tube connection with charge valves, filter, capillary tube; high pressure switch and low pressure switch. The heat pump units are complete also with 4-way valve and one way valve.
