Features of Copper Wire Granulator Machine

JLF series cable recycling equipment is used for recycling waste household communication cables, car cables,motor cables and other industrial cables. The machine mainly includes crushing and separating,and it also has high efficiency dust collecting system to get clearly copper pellet and plastic pellet.
1.Adopts dry separation equipped with dust collecting system.So the working area will be clean and there will be no pollution surrounding environment.
2.The whole process is controlled by PLC control box with one press on the button it will start or work.Very easy to operate.
3.Easy commissioning.For processing wires in different diameter, just change the screen size and adjust the force of blower and height of baffle in the vibrator.
4.The machine is mounted on one base, convenient to move.
5.At the outlet part we will equip it with small vibrating tables.Copper purity will be double ensured If you are not sure whether your cables are applicable for our equipment, you could send some cables to us for testing.

Different Models of Cable Recycling Machine

1.JLF-400-1 wire recycling machine
 JLF-400-1(capacity:80-100kg/h) is suitable for small size factory or customers who newly start wire recycling. It has compact structure and takes small space, easy to move and operate. Only ONE operator is required to start and handle the whole system.


2.JLF-400 wire recycling machine
JLF-400(capacity:150-200kg/h) is suitable for middle size factory. It finishes the complete recycling process in closed structure to avoid pollution and noise. Crushed copper wire go through the high pressure fan, and dust inside will be cleaned and finally vibrating separator will take out clear copper and plastic pellet from different exit.


3.JLF-600 wire recycling machine
JLF-600(capacity:300-400kg/h)has high recycling efficiency and high purity. Mixed crushed material(copper pellet and plastic pellet)enter vibrating separator together with airflow,and finally the pellet are put on the small vibrator(second separator)to get 100% purity.


4.JLF-800 wire recycling machine
JLF-800 (capacity:600-800kg/h)is complete processing line for copper wire recycling which is applicable for large size factory. It includes first crusher, second shredder,separator and dust collector. It can deal with larger size scrap cooper cables with higher efficiency.


5.JLF-1200 wire recycling machine
JLF-1200(capacity:1000-1200kg/h)is complete processing line for copper wire recycling which is applicable for large size factory. It includes first crusher, second shredder,separator and dust collector. It can deal with larger size scrap cooper cables with higher efficiency.

4. Blade sharping machine: After long time operating, blades on the granulator machine need maintiance to get good sharpness.
