1, oil seal:

2, gasket seal:

3, thread sealing:

In chemical pumps, there are generally two forms, one is a threaded coupling gasket seal, and the other is a thread plus a filling seal, both of which are used for small diameter threaded connection sealing occasions. The seal of the thread-connected electric diaphragm pump gasket is a gasket, and the thread only provides the pressing force.

4, labyrinth seal:

When the design is reasonable, the machining is excellent, the assembly is in good condition and the speed is high, the labyrinth seal works well. However, in practical applications, the resulting chemical pump leaks a lot, so it is not commonly used in chemical pump seals.

5, packing seal:

Compression and resilience fillers are placed in the stuffing box and the sealing force is converted into a radial sealing force due to the axial compression force of the gland.

6, power seal:

When the chemical pump is in operation, the pressure generated by the auxiliary impeller balances the high pressure liquid at the outlet of the main impeller to achieve sealing. When the vehicle is parked, the auxiliary impeller does not work. Therefore, a parking seal must be provided at the same time to solve the chemical pump leakage that may occur during parking.

The secondary impeller has a simple sealing structure, a reliable seal, and a long service life. The chemical pump can realize leak-proof operation during pump operation. Therefore, the chemical pump is often used on a pump containing an impurity medium.
