DESCRIPTION
1. Drawing: Provided by the customer or designed based on samples.
2. Mold: Designed and manufactured in-house to meet specific requirements.
3. Material Options: A360, A380, ADC12, ADC3, AlSi12, AlSi9Cu, ZL102, ZL104, etc.
Production Capacity
1. Automated Die Casting: 2 sets of ABB robotic arms for cylinder head molds, operating 6 molds per shift, producing 1,200 pieces per day. Average of 20 tons of aluminum cast daily.
2. Traditional Casting: Flexible mold replacement, 2 shifts for 10–20 different items. Daily casting capacity of 1,000–2,000 parts.
3. Machining: Six lean production lines for cylinder heads, 24-hour operation. 1,000 finished parts shipped daily. For export parts, 15 CNC machines support hundreds of different components, with over 10,000 unique export parts processed monthly. Total of 1,000–2,000 parts completed daily.
