DESCRIPTION
1. Drawing: Provided by the customer or designed based on samples.
2. Mold: Designed and manufactured in-house.
3. Material Options: A360, A380, ADC12, ADC3, AlSi12, AlSi9Cu, ZL102, ZL104, etc.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
1. Automated Casting: 2 sets of ABB robotic arms for casting cylinder head molds. Operating 6 sets of molds for cylinder heads, 2 shifts per day, producing 1,200 pieces daily. Average of 20 tons of aluminum per day.
2. Traditional Casting: Flexible mold replacement. 2 shifts operation for 10–20 different items. Total casting capacity of 1,000–2,000 parts per day.
3. Machining: Six lean production lines for cylinder head machining, operating 24 hours a day. 1,000 finished parts and 1,000 shipped parts daily. For export parts, 15 sets of CNC machines can operate 24/7 for several hundred different parts. Over ten thousand different export parts produced monthly. Daily output of 1,000–2,000 parts.
