On February 14, 2008, Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) announced the appointment of Robert Herdman to its Board of Directors. Before that, he held senior roles at Ernst & Young International. He also serves on the board of HSBC Group Financial Corporation, further highlighting his extensive experience in finance and corporate leadership.
