On February 18, the signing ceremony of cooperation between Linde Gas Co., Ltd. and Dahua Group Co., Ltd. was held at the Dalian Kempinski Hotel. According to the contract, the two parties will invest 640 million yuan (50% each) to build a 100,000 tons/year liquid carbon dioxide purification plant and 42,000 cubic meters/hour air separation plant in the Songmudao Chemical Park in Puwan New District of Dalian, mainly to produce carbon dioxide, Oxygen, nitrogen and liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon products.
Fang Shiwen, president of Linde Greater China, said that Linde was encouraged by the cooperation with Dahua. The two parties had a pleasant cooperation and established a basis for mutual trust. He hoped that through this gas project contract, the future and Dahua will be separated by Coal gasification projects continue to strengthen technical cooperation. Chairman XU Xuepu of Dahua reviewed the entire process of the cooperation between the two parties. He hoped that Linde will actively promote the development of the project so that it can be completed and put into production as soon as possible so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
Prior to this, Dahua had a good cooperation with Linde in the construction of 300,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia project in the old factory area. Oxygen and nitrogen separated from the air separation plant constructed this time are mainly used for the ammonia plant, and other liquid products are sold externally. The project will start construction this year and is expected to be completed and put into operation two years later.
