Sanan Optoelectronics LED Epitaxial Chip R&D and Industrialization Project Trial Production

After 11 months of intense construction, Sanan LED epitaxy, chip development and industrialization projects began trial production in the near future. The second phase of the project has also started construction and is expected to be completed and put into operation in May 2017. Sanan LED epitaxial, chip R&D and industrialization project was settled in Torch High-tech Zone in April 2014. The total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan. It will build 200 MOCVD LED blue and green epitaxial wafers and chip production lines. The design capacity is With an annual output of 2.44 million pieces of ultra-high brightness LED blue and green light epitaxial wafers, 51.2 billion chips. The project was listed as a major project in Xiamen in 2014 and a key project in Xiamen in 2015. With the strong support of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, the relevant functional departments such as planning, land and construction have opened up green channels for the project and carried out preliminary procedures. Under the joint efforts of the Torch High-tech Zone, the municipal directly related departments and the project parties, the first phase of the project started construction in May 2014 and is progressing smoothly.

Our quarry start to yield two kinds of Blue sodalite blocks, big size blocks, small size blocks in 2018. Max size of big block can be about 250*180cm and weight about 15-20 ton per block. Small block has two sizes: 3-10cm 10-30cm . Annual yield of blocks is about 100containers.We also have two blue sodalite color classifications, one is blue mainly, one is blue and white mixed.According to the color purity and texture, the blocks have different ranks for your reference.
