● Unauthorized changes to the appearance of electric bicycles or registered structures, main technical parameters, or unauthorized installation of power devices and other obstacles to traffic safety devices shall be ordered to be corrected and a fine of not less than 50 yuan but not more than 200 yuan shall be imposed;

● If you intentionally block or deface a license plate or use other electric bicycle's number plates, registration certificates, or driving licenses, you will be fined between RMB 50 and RMB 200;

●If electric bicycles that have not been registered on the road are driven by electric bicycles or electric bikes with foreign licenses are not registered on the city's roads by the traffic administrative department of the city's public security organ, they shall be ordered to register within a time limit and a fine of 50 yuan shall be imposed;

● If you fail to carry a driving permit with your vehicle, or if you honor the horn in the area where the honking is prohibited, a penalty of 20 yuan will be imposed;

● If the electric bicycle number plate is not installed as required, it shall be ordered to correct and a fine of 20 yuan shall be imposed;

● A fine of 3,000 yuan will be imposed on passenger operations;

● If you drunk or drunk driving an electric bike, you will be fined 20 yuan;

● The driver is 16 years old and can only carry a child under 12 years of age.
