The level gauge usually has two pressure extraction ports, which are gas-phase and liquid-phase pressure-taking ports. The gas-phase pressure-taking point is used to measure the gas-phase pressure in the equipment; the liquid-phase pressure-sucking point is affected by the gas phase pressure and is also affected by the static pressure of the liquid column. The effect of the static pressure generated by the liquid column is the difference between the liquid and vapor pressures. The liquid level is proportional to the static pressure generated by the liquid column, so the level can be measured using static pressure. The choice of pressure gauge or differential pressure gauge with proper measuring range and accuracy is determined by the measured density of the medium and the liquid measuring range, the calculated pressure or pressure difference range. This level gauge is equipped with a differential pressure transmitter, which can realize remote transmission function. It is widely used in the industrial field and belongs to a more mature level gauge. The accuracy of the differential pressure level gauge is low. In order to reduce the influence of temperature and medium density on the measurement accuracy, many test instruments are required, and the cost will be greatly increased.
3, magnetic flip level gauge based on the buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling effect developed. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the liquid level gauge also rises or falls with the liquid level, and transmits through the magnetic coupling. The permanent magnet in the float drives the magnetic column indicator to make the red If the liquid level rises, the column will turn from white to red. If the liquid level drops, the column will turn from red to white. The actual height of the liquid level is the red-white junction on the indicator. The level of the liquid in the container can be clearly indicated.
Highly-sealed, leak-proof magnetic flap level gauges are used in applications that are toxic, hazardous, highly corrosive, high temperature, and high pressure and can show their superiority.
