The temporary storage and mineralization of soil nutrients mainly depend on the role of soil microorganisms. On the other hand, soil microbes are involved in the cyclic processes of soil carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and other elements and the mineralization of soil minerals. . Previous studies have shown that straw returning can induce ammonia volatilization and nitrate leaching by inducing microbial nitrogen fixation and avoiding the rapid conversion of chemical nitrogen fertilizer into soil into NH+4-N and NO-3-N; it can also promote the release of phosphorus from microorganisms. Xu Minggang and others believe that soil active organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon and soluble organic carbon can more objectively reflect soil quality and soil fertility than soil organic carbon. Some other scholars have also suggested that soil active organic carbon efficiency and microbial biomass carbon efficiency are sensitive factors of soil carbon pool quality, which can better indicate soil carbon availability and soil organic carbon activity. This study also has similar results, which further confirms that the soil active organic carbon composition and its efficiency can effectively indicate the effect of agricultural production measures.

The results of the study also showed that compared with the single fertilizer treatment, the addition of the calcined straw to promote the return of land significantly increased the trend of soil active organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon, soluble organic carbon content and active organic carbon efficiency. The conventional straw is not returned to the field. Possible reasons for the above results are:

(1) The viscid and closed soil environment of shajiang black soil is not conducive to the degradation of straw by soil microorganisms;

(2) The functional microorganisms in the roticide agent enter the soil and can secrete a large amount of enzymes that degrade cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, thereby accelerating the conversion of straw carbon into soil carbon. Due to the complexity of factors affecting the results in field conditions, the trend of increasing soil activated carbon, microbial biomass carbon, and soluble carbon content does not reach a statistically significant level, but it can also reflect the effect of treatment to some extent.

Due to high soil background value and large natural soil heterogeneity, it is difficult to find small changes in the entire soil carbon pool, so it is necessary to explore the sensitive indicator of soil carbon changes. Blair et al. proposed a quantitative index of soil carbon stock changes, the soil carbon stock management index. Because this indicator is closely related to soil available nutrients, soil physical properties and farming practices, it is becoming an indicator for soil quality and soil management evaluation. The results of Wang Dong et al.'s experiments on red soil in Jiangxi Province show that straw returning to soil can effectively increase the soil carbon pool management index. This study also has similar results, which may be due to the addition of active organic carbon components in the soil after returning straw.

The results also show that compared with conventional straw returning, straw stimulating and returning to soil can improve the soil carbon pool index, which may increase soil active organic carbon efficiency and soil microbial biomass carbon efficiency with stalk promotion. Soil soluble organic carbon is related to its efficiency.

Correlation analysis showed that compared with soil organic carbon, soil nutrient and soil active organic carbon efficiency, microbial biomass carbon efficiency, soluble organic carbon efficiency and carbon pool management index were significantly (or extremely significant) related Indicators have increased, with the largest number of indicators related to the soil carbon pool management index. This is consistent with the research results of Xu Minggang et al., which shows that soil C stock management index can better reflect the quality of soil, fertility status and influence of farming measures compared with soil organic carbon.
