How to build a mutual understanding and choice platform for both is particularly important.

At the meeting, Wang Weiming, Deputy Director of the Department of Equipment Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated that in 2013, special projects for high-end numerical control machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment (hereinafter referred to as machine tool special projects) will closely focus on three key areas: automobile engine manufacturing, aerospace structural component manufacturing, and aero-engine manufacturing. , All relevant topics have comprehensively put forward requirements for quantitative indicators such as reliability test statistics, and promote domestic high-end CNC machine tools to enter the market through special management measures.

Military users put forward four major issues

As a spokesperson for the user side, Li Donghai, chairman of the China Association for the Peaceful Use of Military Technology, said that last year, the National Bureau of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China conducted an in-depth investigation of the use of domestic CNC machining equipment. The results show that although the current use units have a positive attitude towards the rapid development of domestic CNC machine tools, it is generally felt that the overall technological development capability and technical foundation of domestic CNC machining equipment is still relatively weak. The degree of application of information technology is not high, and foreign companies are still in control of some core technologies. The degree of dependence on foreign technology is still relatively high. The digestion of imported technologies has not risen to the point of developing products with independent development capabilities and technological innovation capabilities. The reliability, stability, multi-functionality, flexibility, and intelligence are relatively large compared with foreign equipment. High-end practical processing equipment is basically still unable to get rid of the dependence on imports.

Specifically, domestic CNC machining equipment has the following problems in accomplishing military research and production tasks:

First, the lack of core technologies restricts the overall level of development. The core technology of CNC machining equipment, CNC system currently has more than 80% need to import from abroad, key components such as spindle components, rolling screws, linear guides and other key technologies rely mainly on imports.

Generally, the average time between failures of CNC systems is more than 20,000 hours, and the average time between failures of foreign CNC systems is between 70,000 and 100,000 hours, and the mean time between failures of domestic CNC systems is relatively high. Only 10,000 hours. The average trouble-free working time of the whole foreign machine can reach more than 800 hours, while the domestic maximum is only 300 hours. Because the reliability is not high, the accuracy of the machine tool is difficult to maintain stably, resulting in an increase in the overall equipment error and failing to reliably meet the military processing needs.

The fourth issue is poor consideration for the maintenance of machine tools. The design of some domestically-manufactured CNC machining equipment is unreasonable, and the factors such as equipment safety protection and maintainability are not considered comprehensively. The alarm information is incomplete, many equipment failures have no alarm, or only alarm signals and no corresponding content prompts, which affects the efficiency of fault diagnosis; There is a phenomenon that the low-speed spindle has no safety interlocking function, which has a great influence on the safety of the equipment operation and maintenance personnel and the ease of operation.

In this regard, Wang Shunian, director of the National Economic Mobilization Office of the National Development and Reform Commission, believes that machine tool companies must effectively put the company in a position to solve practical problems and provide enterprises with high-quality products and services. It is necessary to provide technology, solutions and services for users by simply selling products. Military and energy equipment companies must treat domestically-made machine tool products objectively, make real demands, and boldly use domestic equipment to provide fair opportunities for domestic machine tool companies.

Military enterprises and energy equipment manufacturing enterprises are major users of CNC machine tools and have played an important role in promoting the improvement of China's machine tool manufacturing level.

Wang Weiming pointed out that CNC machine specialization fully embodies the needs of key users in the deployment of tasks, and emphasizes the establishment of a technological innovation system that combines enterprise as the main body, market orientation, and the combination of production, study and research. All product-related topics clearly require companies to take the lead in organizing and implementing.

Among them, in the special projects that have been established, 71% of the enterprises take the lead. During the period from 2009 to 2013, special arrangements were made for 62 military industry projects with a total funding of 3.65 billion yuan. 34 computer-controlled machine tools and production line application demonstration projects for energy equipment manufacturing were planned, with a total cost of 293 million yuan.
