At the same time, there is also a lack of mechanisms for close cooperation between research institutes and enterprises. Scientific research results cannot be quickly realized in industrialization. The government's investment in developing and developing environmental science instruments and venture capital are also insufficient.

Relevant experts believe that manufacturers of environmental monitoring instruments and equipment will be divided in two directions: one is a large-scale comprehensive enterprise with international competitiveness, and the other is a group of highly specialized small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly specialized in certain types of technologies or Proficient in a certain product or service, characterized by small scale, staffed, and experienced.
