A 600-mu land acquisition index has been implemented for the Southwest Pharmaceutical No. 1 Plant; the production license for chlorine gas production moved from Mianyang to Hechuan has been implemented through the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission; the investment of 200 million yuan has been invested by the Singapore Kayfa Group to build a water supply and sewage treatment plant in the Chemical Industry Park; and Huaneng Group has been introduced Invested 1.8 billion yuan to build a thermal power plant in the chemical park, and incorporated the cogeneration project into Chongqing's "12th Five-Year Plan" cogeneration plan.
