Orland is on the site

The Orland Fire Protection District, serving the communities of Orland Park and Orland Hills, has recently been added to the site thanks to Karl Klotz. This comprehensive update includes all six fire stations, along with details on the active and reserve apparatus. Karl is currently working on capturing images of the remaining ambulance (#1), after which the listings will be fully complete. The department operates Pierce aerials and engines that are either Pierce or Darley. All ambulances are built by Road Rescue and are Type III units mounted on Ford E-450 chassis. The most recent engines and ambulances were delivered in 2008, marking a modernization of their fleet.

In addition to their standard equipment, Orland Fire Protection District maintains several specialty units, including a hazardous materials response team, a small squad, a technical rescue team, a dive unit, a communications unit, and a fire investigation unit. One of the most iconic pieces of equipment is the 55-foot Snorkel, which was once used in active service but is now primarily used for public relations and promotional activities. It can be found stationed at Station 6.
