Pump maintenance and care

3, cable inspection at least once a year, if damaged please give replacement.
4. Inspect the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year. If the insulation of the motor drops, please contact our after-sales service department. If the fastening screws are loose, please re-fasten.
5, submersible sewage pump at the factory has injected the right amount of oil, used to lubricate the mechanical seal, the oil should be checked once a year. If you find water in the oil, it should be let go, replace the oil, replace the gasket, tighten the screw plug. Three weeks later, it is necessary to check again. If the oil is emulsified again, the mechanical seal should be inspected and replaced if necessary (contact our after-sales service department).
Note: The oil is 32 # machine oil.
