On December 17, 2010, Sinotruk and ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering Co., Ltd. (ZF) renewed the 5-year supply and marketing strategic cooperation agreement. Since then, ZF will further provide guidance for the development of the new series of Sinotruk products. At the same time, the proportion of Sinotruk's use of ZF steering gear has also increased from 95% to 100%.
At the end of 2005, ZF Steering Systems of Germany invested in the establishment of ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd. in Jinan, and put into operation in May 2006 to supply steering engines for China National Heavy Duty Truck.
