Sun Yijun: The situation is very serious! Reporter: After hearing this, we understand the seriousness of the problem. Is it possible to protect the system security by installing some anti-virus software and firewalls?
Sun Yijun: Many people have this idea. However, things are by no means simple. Industrial control systems have their own characteristics, and there are also difficulties in the implementation of safety and protection measures. The simple distortion of traditional Internet security products cannot meet the requirements of network security of industrial control systems.
The cyber threats of industrial control systems in petrochemical and chemical industries mainly come from the following aspects.
First, the industrial system did not consider the network function at the beginning of the design. There are many loopholes in the industrial equipment itself. The second is that there are a large number of back doors in the industrial control system and it is easy to be used maliciously. Third, the harmfulness of the APT vicious attack is increasing. It is different from the traditional information system. Through infiltrating, controlling, and obtaining enterprise information, the industrial control system is replicated in the background so as to attack more effectively. At present, a black industrial chain has been formed in the world, and the price of each attack scenario is very high.
In addition to these three threats, there are two kinds of threats that are worth noticing. First, the threat posed by industrial viruses. First, wireless network applications make attack interfaces increasingly uncontrollable.
To solve these problems, the network security of industrial control systems in the petrochemical and chemical industries urgently requires some special solutions. Many special technologies and new technologies need to be applied instead of simply killing viruses and adding industrial firewalls. Sun Yijun: There are many specific defensive measures, but the key is to increase the degree of attention in terms of ideology and understanding, establish the three-dimensional concept of industrial control network security, and build a complete security service industry chain.

Ontology security refers to the vulnerability detection, analysis and protection of industrial control equipment itself. Behavioral safety is the addition of equipment to industrial control systems for real-time monitoring; genetic safety emphasizes the need to implant safety genes as early as possible, and network security issues must be considered during the design phase of the equipment.
