I. Introduction
1. Application
JD-361-B automatic core shooting machine is a kind of heat core box core shooting machine. It is a semi-automatic, vertical parting machine. One needs to put the molds and take out sand cores by hand. Both coated resin sand (dry) and furan resin-sand (wet) can be used. This machine is commonly used in valve, faucet, hardware, hydraulic and pneumatic field for producing various sand cores required by small and medium-sized workpieces. It is especially commonly used in copper and aluminum casting for producing sand cores of complicated shape and low structure strength.

JD-361-A Core Shooting Machine is totally automatic. It is an open type and is convenient for on to place the molds. It doesn't have any conveyer belt so that it can help you to save a lot of space. The maximum weight of the sand cores produced is 6kg, the same with JD-361-A, but JD-361-B is cheaper.
