China's first boiling bed residue hydrogenation reactor passed national certification

Recently, the first hydrogenation reactor for industrial hydrogenation of 50,000-ton/year bubbling bed residing in China built by Fushun Machinery & Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. passed the national appraisal.
The reactor is the first set of boiling bed residual oil hydrogenation reactor with independent intellectual property rights in China. The research and development is carried out by the Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd. carries out the process package design, and Fushun Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. manufactures the reactor. , As the core equipment of the 50,000-ton/year bubbling bed residue hydrogenation industrial demonstration unit of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Jinling Branch, the first hydrogenation reactor and the second hydrogenation reactor.
The reactor has a small diameter, a large wall thickness, a complicated structure, and is extremely difficult to manufacture. In February 2012, after the company signed a contract for equipment manufacturing with Sinopec, the detailed information on the ebullated-bed reactor was analyzed, and the technical structure of the equipment was investigated and improved, and a complete equipment manufacturing plan was formulated. After more than a year of hard work by all technicians, it finally succeeded in manufacturing. For the first time, the BMCMCS multi-stage constant stress sealing gasket was used in this reactor. The repeated hydrostatic test proved that the sealing performance was good. The patented technology of the eccentric pipe inner wall surfacing developed and applied in the reactor manufacturing also solves the problem of small-diameter deep hole eccentric surfacing.
It is understood that the bubbling bed residue hydrogenation technology has wide adaptability to raw materials and can process various high-quality, high residual carbon and asphaltenes inferior residue feedstocks, and is flexible in operation. It is an effective means for deep processing of heavy oil, and hydrogenation reaction. The device is the core device of the hydrogenation device.
