Foshan Lighting Lawsuit has made new progress: 12 plaintiffs’ claims for compensation were rejected

On May 17, 2016, Foshan Lighting received the “Notice of Responding” and other relevant legal documents served by the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court. The Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court filed a case with the plaintiff for a total of 12 persons. In the civil lawsuit filed by the company, 12 plaintiffs asked the company to compensate for the loss of 2,733,600 yuan (for details, please see Foshan, May 17, 2016, Foshan Lighting received the "Notice of Responding" from the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court. In the legal documents, the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court accepted the case that 12 plaintiffs filed a civil lawsuit against the company on the grounds of disputes over the misrepresentation of securities. The 12 plaintiffs required the company to compensate the loss of 2,733,600 yuan (see Foshan Lighting in 2016 for details). On May 18, 2016, Foshan Lighting received the Civil Judgment from the above 12 cases served by the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court. The judgment results are as follows: The plaintiff’s claim for the case, the case acceptance fee of 49,416 yuan in this case, was borne by the plaintiffs.
