The new high-speed cross-laying machine utilizes a servo transmission system, allowing for precise speed control. It features an installed clamp-type compensator that enables variable speed operation, with a maximum speed of 100 meters per minute. This makes it ideal for meeting the growing demand for high-speed, high-quality production. The technology behind this model is comparable to international industry standards, marking a significant step forward in the company’s product development.
Compared to the previous model, which used a variable frequency transmission system and operated at speeds between 50 to 60 meters per minute, the new version represents a major upgrade. Over 30 units of the older model have already been sold nationwide, proving its reliability and market acceptance. Building on this foundation, the new machine has undergone extensive R&D and has already been installed and commissioned in a production facility in Jiangsu. It is expected to go live in early September, marking a key milestone for the company.
In addition to the cross-lapper, Qingdao Textile Machinery also offers complete needle-punched nonwoven fabric lines.
