Stable adjustment

Adjust the 50 Hz generator inflection point, disconnect K2, slowly reduce the speed of the unit, reduce the frequency to 47.5 Hz, adjust the generator voltage to the rated value, and then adjust RP3 so that the voltage suddenly drops, and then adjust RP4 again. The generator terminal voltage is 85% UN. After adjustment, the positions of RP3, RP4, and RP5 are marked and cannot be moved again.
Parallel operation adjustment
Put the generator on the rated load (COS φ = 0.8 lag), then the generator terminal voltage should drop, adjust the potentiometer adjustment, so that the generator terminal voltage is lower than the no-load terminal voltage (3 ~ 5)% UN ( According to need). If the generator terminal voltage rises during the load increase process, the two ends of the secondary current transformer should be adjusted to switch positions.
When two generator sets are operated in parallel, the external characteristics of the two sets should be adjusted to be basically the same, that is, when the rated load is applied, the terminal voltage is reduced to 3% UN.
