The SPJ900/32 box girder bridge erection machine, jointly developed by China Railway 17th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Railway Institute, and China Railway Wuqiao Heavy Industry, has successfully passed a comprehensive series of tests, including no-load, heavy-duty, walking, and type tests. Following this, the machine underwent a rigorous review process conducted by multiple key authorities, such as the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Railways Construction Management, the Ministry of Railways Engineering Design and Appraisal Center, and the Ministry of Railways Engineering Management Center.
The review panel unanimously recognized that the bridge erection machine was tested by an authorized national testing institution, and the results were fully compliant with the required standards. The performance parameters of the machine meet the technical design specifications and are capable of meeting the demands of on-site construction for frame beams. Based on these findings, the panel approved the machine for factory deployment and commercial use.
This achievement marks a significant milestone in the development of advanced railway construction equipment in China, demonstrating the country's growing capability in designing and manufacturing high-performance infrastructure machinery.
