DescriptionThe main body of the hydraulic sieve is made of a Stainless steel plane filter screen surface, using precision wedge-shaped steel rods. Wastewater is evenly distributed across the inclined screen surface through an overflow weir. The small and smooth screen surface gaps allow for efficient drainage without clogging, while the larger back gaps ensure smooth flow. Solid substances are intercepted by the screen, and the filtered water flows out through the gaps. Under the action of hydraulic force, solid materials are pushed to the bottom of the sieve plate and discharged, achieving effective solid-liquid separation.
This hydraulic sieve effectively reduces the concentration of suspended solids in wastewater, lowering the load on subsequent treatment processes. It is widely used in industrial applications for solid-liquid separation and recovery of valuable substances. This equipment is ideal for filtering or recovering solid particles, colloids, floating matter, and precipitates.

Special Notes
1. The oblique sieve solid separator is specifically designed for high-concentration wastewater, such as bubble manure (high bed), chicken farms, duck farms, etc. It maintains a solid moisture content of around 65% during operation, which is comparable to advanced screw extrusion systems.
2. Incorporates breakthrough technology from Europe, America, and Japan, with self-made oblique sieves featuring gap sizes between 0.3-0.5mm. This ensures thorough filtration, ease of post-processing, and extended service life.
3. Features a gear-type reverse cleaning mechanism, eliminating the need for cables or electrical components, making it easily replaceable.
4. Equipped with automatic detection, full water level start-up, filtration, pressing, intermediate net washing, and automatic stoppage. No personnel is required for operation.
