Elevator Chain
Elevator chains are designed to meet high standards of wear resistance and tensile strength. To achieve this, we perform secondary heat treatment on the rollers and bushings. The components are first carburized and then undergo a second heat treatment to enhance surface hardness and core toughness, ensuring improved crushing strength.
Since this roller chain is primarily used for vertical material lifting, it requires a firm structure to prevent loosening. We manufacture parts with optimized tolerances to ensure a perfect fit, and use a hydraulic press during assembly to guarantee stability and durability.
Our elevator chains are widely used in industries such as cement, mining, grain processing, road construction, and steelworks. They are suitable for harsh environments and can function effectively even under heavy dust and particle conditions.
