Structure and Working Principle:
The product includes rims, bearing brackets, transparent seed boxes, and pushing parts. According to the spacing requirements of the seeder, there are 72 M4 threaded holes on both sides of the rims for adjusting spacing. The seed roller size determines the types of crops it can plant, such as corn, peanuts, soybeans, peas, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea.

Users can select any of the eight spacing options around the rims, which have curved plates connected to form a funnel. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length of the child controls the seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, each side trimmed with an S putter. The S putter pushes the transmission rod, driven by the wheel. Wheels and wheel types are on the same shaft, so when the wheels turn, they create spacing, and the seeds fall into the funnels. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, enabling accurate opening and closing actions, allowing seeds to fall into the soil for precise planting.
Pushing the sides of the shaft with flat center bushings and brackets connected together (M6 rod nut fixed), when manually driven, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket drives intermittent motion to achieve sowing.
For single grain corn planting and two tablets, the factory offers five different seed rounds. Users can choose seed rounds based on grain size and color. When changing the wheel cover, remove the seed round and push it by hand. Note: For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leader). Friends who choose the machine should complete the adjustment before officially sowing. Before sowing, test by pushing in the furrow to check if the seed is normal. Always monitor the sowing process, identify problems, and adjust promptly. Otherwise, due to incorrect seed rounds or improper adjustment, lack of seeds or germination failure may occur, and the factory is not responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness and tighten them immediately to prevent detachment.
2. After sowing, disassemble the seeder, clean all parts, oil the threads to prevent rust. Remember the assembly order, reassemble carefully, store in a cool and dry place to extend the life of the equipment.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix them with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing them in the seed box.
2. Pay special attention to foreign objects in the nozzle during wet soil or rain.
3. Match species with appropriate seed rounds.
4. Do not run, pull down, or push down (in the direction of the arrow).
5. Control the sowing speed at 35-40 meters per minute.
6. Strictly prohibit children from playing with the machine or touching gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Seed tank capacity must be no less than one-third.
8. Ensure the seeder runs in the correct direction with the seed box side when in use.
9. If the seed usage per acre drops significantly, check for blockages or failures to avoid losses.
10. Store spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. Adjust spacing carefully; when removing the assembly, remember the order and align the fixed parts properly (pay particular attention to the positive side).
