Cardan Chain
The cardan chain is composed of a chain and a cardan joint, which allows the chain to rotate 360 degrees. This unique design makes it an ideal solution for overhead trolley conveyor systems.
Supported by specialized bearings in both horizontal and vertical planes, the chain ensures smooth and stable operation on crossed or circular track systems.
An additional plate can be attached to the cardan chain, and this plate can be customized based on specific application requirements.
The chain components are made from medium carbon steel and undergo heat treatment to improve surface performance. For applications in corrosive environments, blackening treatment is applied to ensure corrosion resistance.
