Features of Fully Automatic PET Blow Molding Machine:

 

Our Fully Automatic blow molding machine is designed uniquely with an innovative and reasonable mechanical structure. During the entire production process, the bottle mouth faces down to avoid being overheated during heating, which extends its wide application. We use cheap compressed air as driving power and apply updated PLC technology to control automatically. It features preset parameters, built-in self-diagnosis, alarms, and LCD display functions. A touch screen is used for the human interface, making it user-friendly and easy to learn.

 

Preform up structure

The up one is to control the action of preform conveying structure. If there are too many preforms in the tunnel, the moving will be stopped; if not enough, it will get preforms automatically from the preform conveying structure.

 

 Heating tunnel

Preform heating structure is made up of three sets of heating tunnels in series and one blower. Each heating tunnel has been installed with 8 pieces of far ultra red and quartz lighting tubes, which are distributed on each side of the heating tunnel.

 

Mould-closing device

It is located in the middle part of the machine and is composed of a mould-closing cylinder, moving template, and fixed template, etc. Two halves of the mould are fixed on the fixed template and moving template respectively.

 

PLC control system 

The PLC control system can monitor the preform temperature and ensure all actions are completed according to the set programs. If not, the system will stop automatically to prevent faults from escalating. Additionally, the touch screen provides fault reason tips.

  

Blow structure

Thanks to adopting a bottom-blow structure, the bottle mouth is always facing down to prevent contamination from dust and dirt.

  

Air separation system

The blowing air and working air are separated. If the customer can use clean blowing air, it ensures the bottles are produced cleanly at most.
