After extrusion, cooking, and shaping, the products can be transformed into reinforced rice, golden rice, buckwheat rice, and other varieties. The cooking method is similar to natural rice, making it easier and more convenient to use.
Artificial Rice Samples Introduction
Raw Materials: Rice flour, corn meal, vegetable juice, wheat bran, vitamins, minerals, food color, etc.
Humidity: Moisture content does not exceed 10%.
Shapes: Round rice shape, long rice shape, millet shape, etc. (customizable).
Sizes: (1) Diameter: up to 1-3mm (2) Length: 6-16mm.
Capacity Range: Our artificial rice processing lines have a capacity range from 100kg/hr to 500kg/hr.
Our artificial rice processing lines use twin-screw extruders. Inside the barrel, there is a pair of screws. The screw material is 38CrMoAl (standard: GB/T 3077-1999). This material has excellent hardness and strength performance, capable of withstanding high temperature and pressure.
Our twin-screw extruder features a self-cleaning function.
Our extruders and dryers are equipped with inverters from well-known brands (Delta, LS, ABB, Siemens, etc.).
Our expanded snack food processing line has a high degree of automation and requires only two workers to operate.
