High Temperature Oil Sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
Production Introduction
Oil Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is primarily composed of pump body, rotor, rotary vane, end cover, spring, and other components. A rotor is installed in the cavity of the rotary vane pump, with its outer circumference tangent to the inner surface of the pump chamber. The rotor slots are fitted with two rotary vanes that have springs. When rotating, centrifugal force and spring tension cause the top of the rotary vane to maintain contact with the pump chamber wall, allowing the rotating rotor to drive the rotary vane to slide along the inner wall of the pump cavity.
Features
1. The 2XZ series rotary vane vacuum pump belongs to a two-stage direct connection structure, suitable for drying, sealing containers, and other auxiliary pumping air or net vacuum equipment.
2. It offers advantages such as compact size, lightweight, low noise, and ease of use.
3. The 2XZ series rotary vane vacuum pump cannot be used as a compression-type delivery pump.
4. The 2XZ series can be used independently or as a booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, titanium pump pre-pump. Also used in electronic device production, vacuum drying, filtration, welding, metal smelting, etc.
