4. How can I pay for my items? What payment methods do you accept?
Typically via T/T. A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the Proforma Invoice, with the balance paid after inspection and before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
5. What is the warranty period?
We offer a 1-year warranty on the main components.
6. How long is the production lead time?
Normally 25 days. If urgent, we have a large spare parts inventory and can complete assembly and testing within 7–15 days.
