Product Description

The D pump is designed for the transportation of clear water without solid particles and with a temperature below 80°C, or liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. It is ideal for municipal and mining water supply and drainage systems.

The MD pump is suitable for handling acid mine water that contains no solid particles, with a temperature below 80°C and a pH range of 2 to 4. This model is specifically used in mining environments.

The DG pump is used for transporting corrosive liquids, as well as clear water up to 105°C or other similar liquids without solid particles. It's commonly used for boiler feedwater or hot water applications.

The DF pump is ideal for transporting non-particle corrosive liquids within a temperature range of -20°C to 105°C. It can handle an inlet pressure of up to 0.6 MPa.

Structure:

DG series multistage pumps are composed of four main components: stator, rotor, bearings, and shaft seal.

Stator Part: The stator consists of suction, middle, discharge sections, guide vanes, etc. These parts are clamped together using tension bolts to form the working chamber. The DG pump has a horizontal inlet and a vertical outlet.

Rotor Part: This includes the shaft, impeller, balance disc, and bushings. The shaft transmits power to the impeller, while the balance disc helps manage axial forces. A replaceable bearing is mounted on the shaft for protection.

Bearing Part: The bearing assembly includes the bearing housing, bearings, and gland. Both ends of the rotor are supported by single-row roller bearings housed inside the bearing body. Grease lubrication is used for smooth operation.

Shaft Seal: A soft packing seal is used, consisting of the packing box, packing, and water baffle. Pressurized water is introduced into the seal chamber for sealing, cooling, and lubrication. The water comes from the internal pressure of the pump itself.

Drive System: The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through a flexible coupling. When viewed from the motor side, the pump rotates clockwise.
